Lifestyle Northeast provides a base from which individualised and bespoke services will be delivered to promote stimulation, inclusion, integration, participation and of course fun!

We believe that every individual has the right to choose how they use their support hours. Lifestyle Northeast will actively support you to make informed choices by offering you new experiences and opportunities, ensuring that you have the appropriate support to achieve your personal goals and aspirations.

We also understand that you may choose to access support at different times. You may want us to support you during the day or on evenings and weekends to help you attend social activities or sporting events, or perhaps just to give you and your carers a break. We will ensure that our support is available to you as and when you need it.

You may only require our services on an occasional basis, for example during holidays or to provide evening and weekend respite support. We can help you and your carers to plan your support to ensure it meets your needs. We know it is important to work closely with the people who know you best and we will make sure that those who you want to be involved in your care are fully consulted to make sure we get it right.

We have excellent links with local activity groups and we will help you to access any activities which you enjoy or would be interested in trying.
